Love your teachers.

Showtime is my new favorite show.
It's this new noontime show back home in the Philippines where amateurs showcase their talents for a chance to win.
This by far is the best talent show I've seen.
Besides the time limit,  there are no other rules.

PROOF:

A week ago, the usual new-every-week judges were brought in. In her commentary of the performers she asked one of them who Jose Rizal's father is. Poor kid doesn't know. She asks again who Jose Rizal's mother is. He doesn't know. How Jose Rizal got his name. Doesn't know. THEN SHE SAYS, "Ay murahin mo teacher mo." Something like, "Curse your teacher."

This remark got the show suspended for twenty days.

POINT!
My teachers (in the Philippines) are among the most respectable people in my life. They were not just mentors; they were family.
