The Scariest Scenario If You're a Dormer

i just finished paying this month's rent.
as i walked by the lobby, ate guard called my attention to sign for something.

"Dear Dormers,
We are currently experiencing an increase in monthly electric bills."

haha. i am toast if they find out that my laptop's on 24/7.
in the contract there's this rule that if you bring any appliance you have to pay an additionl amount.
well, i didn't. how would they know if i brought one or not?
Dad said that a computer's electric consumption wouldn't cost much.
i guess he's wrong. I mean, he IS wrong.

well.. when you're a dormer, you'd make sure of it that you spend as little as possible for things like rents and bills.
if the management's stupid, you wouldnt have to pay the rent!
i think i underestimated this dorm. wait, no, i DID underestimate it.
