definitely. i mean, i've seen it. during my internet cafe days, i passed by a cubicle.
there was this ugly lady-person chatting with some foreign guy, cam to cam.

another story. by my aunt. someone she knew back in her hometown was about to migrate to the US. (i was actually eavesdropping the whole time. so i dunno if the details are totally true.) she said that the lady met the foreign man thru YM. the man gave her money. the man came to the country to meet her. they get together. get jiggy with it. and then they become a couple. hahaha!
