When i got "subbed" in, lucky me, he was facing the stage, spiking.

They practiced just hitting the ball with partners.

They started jogging at 8pm.

Stretching follows.

They went back to hitting the ball with partners.

THEN I GET HIT!

Sakit jud to baie pero okay lang.

I risked myself of getting hit by a volleyball by being there.

Anyways, ang sunod na mahitabo kay ang pinakalami na part sa ilahang practice.

I agree with JanJan and Mozilla, ayus jud kaayo to tan-awon.
